General Sales Manager
Martin has many years of industry experience with several of those years at a managerial level. He joined the Jemca family as a Used Car Sales Manager for Toyota Sidcup. He then progressed to become the General Sales Managers at Lexus Croydon.
Martin feels that Jemca “communicate well with the staff, there reputation within the industry is very good and are a company who are striving to be the best at all times.”
Martin believes that “Lexus is a prestige brand and the cars speak for themselves. The cars are beautiful to look at, brilliant to drive and are an aspirational car. The models they bring out are just amazing.”
Martin feels that all staff should be delivering first class results and outstanding levels of customer service for all customers.
Nitin has a wealth of experience within the motor industry. He joined Lexus Croydon in 2006 and has excellent knowledge of the Lexus range.
He thrives to deliver the best customer service and is completely dedicated to the Lexus brand values. He believes buying a car is something that customers should enjoy and not endure.
His aim is to offer our customers the best value whilst providing a legendary experience. He can also help our customers find the most affordable way to purchase their Lexus and offer great value added products to suit your needs.
Steve has been in the motor trade for 28 years and worked in 15 different franchises.

Lewis has been in the motor industry for 15 years, first as a mechanic and then worked his way up to a Service Advisor.
His key goal is to give the best service experience to all our customers by using his years of experience to help better identify customer needs. He is an energetic and enthusiastic person who enjoys a challenge and achieving personal goals.
Lewis stated that "I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion."
